Opener Lendl Simmons came up with a with a quickfire 51 off just 48 balls. But once Simmons got out, is was business as usual as Pakistan ran through the West Indian batting line-up.
The home side's batsmen were unable to combat the Pakistani spin attack of off-spinners Saeed Ajmal and Mohammad Hafeez, who opened the bowling, and the leg-spin bowling of captain Shaid Afridi. Hafeez, Wahab Riaz, Ajmal and Afridi took two wickets each for the visitors.
