It was a memorable reunion for the alumni of 1981 BCom students of St Aloysius College as they fondly reminisced the old days spent together.

They were nostalgic after sitting in their Classroom Number 308. The students recalled the good old days they had spent at their alma mater.

The college campus reverberated with laughter with 40 batch mates gathering together to recall the pleasant memories with the faculty. It was a rare sight to see the old students sitting in their respective seat in the classroom, at the administrative block bringing back all nostalgic memories.

The students of the batch, who have settled in different parts of the country as well as the world, recalled the sweet memories of their college life. After going around the classrooms and their studies, they recalled their days.

Nearly 40 of them, representing all walks of life, including professionals, entrepreneurs, academicians, businessmen, bureaucrats, corporate employees, spiritual leaders came together from all over the globe, including Canada, Africa, and the Middle East had come to take part in the event.

St Aloysius Institutions Rector Rev Fr Dionysius Vaz and Registrar Prof A M Narahari, while recollecting their stay in the college, appreciated them for upholding the lofty ideals of their alma mater and also sought their support to the institution. Rudolph Rodrigues conducted the proceedings of the meeting.

The former students expressed their gratitude to the institution for moulding them to be responsible citizens and promised to support the institution in all possible ways. They said that they will have a grand reunion in 2021.
