“We are expecting more than 1,000 students for the Monday’s. We will not call off our protest unless the government drops the privatisation move and amends the Karnataka Agricultural Universities Act,” Ramesh, a student leader told DH. On Friday, students performed “Urulu seve” (rolling on the ground) on GKVK campus in Bengaluru, as part of their protest.
