Kabini outflow down by 20,000 cusecs

As the inflow into Kabini dam receded, the outflow was reduced by 20,000 cusecs by Sunday noon.

The outflow was 80,000 cusecs in the morning.

As the inflow fell to 50,000 cusecs by noon, the discharge from the dam was reduced to 60,000 cusecs.

Dam engineers said that the water discharge may further come down to 40,000 cusecs by Sunday evening.
