Twenty participants will be selected for a training camp in earth sciences at Bangalore. Subsequently, four students will be selected to represent India.
The test will be held on January 23, 2011 with syllabus covering subjects such as Geosphere, Atmosphere, Hydrosphere and Astronomy.
Students of 10th and 11th standard born between September 15, 1993 and September 15, 1996 and who have not participated in the the competitions earlier are eligible to apply.
