It is against implementation of Kasturirangan report; Youth fest to begin on December 3 instead of December 2

To mark protest against the implementation of Kasturirangan report and the booking of false cases on protestors, Kasturirangan Varadi Virodhi Samithi has given a call for Kodagu bandh on December 2.
