Taluk-level sports meet tomorrow

 
Participants should produce certificate of age, designation and photo, attested by the Head of their respective departments. The participants are entitled for On Official Duty facility.

The event will be conducted in two categories - one for employees within 45 years of age and another for employees above 45 years. Competitions will be held in 100 meters, 200 mtrs, 400 mtrs, 800 mtrs and 1,500 meters running, high jump, long jump, disc and javelin throws, volleyball, kabaddi, shuttle badminton, carrom and chess for men.

Women can compete in 100 mtrs, 200 mtrs, 400 mtrs running, high and long jumps, disc and javelin throws, shuttle badminton, carrom, chess and throwball.

Interested can register their names with R Narayana Reddy-president, K Shivaraj-secretary, B Srinivasa Reddy-honourary secretary, Nagappa-state council member, M Gopalakrishna and M N Lakshmana Reddy-sports secretary and N Nagaraj-physical education coordinator.
