KEA declares CET 2019 results

The results of Common Entrance Test (CET) 2019 for admission to professional courses were announced on Saturday in Bengaluru.

Jeffin Biju of Bengaluru based Sree Chaitanya Techno PU college in Marathalli has topped the state in the engineering stream. P Mahesh Anand from the same college secured the first rank in Naturopathy and Yogic sciences and also in the Veterinary discipline, while Keerthana M Arun of National Public School has secured the first rank in B.sc agriculture discipline, according to officials.

Bengaluru colleges have bagged seven of the top ten ranks while two ranks were bagged by Mangalore colleges and one rank went to a college from Bellary.

The results will be available online by 1 PM on https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ and http://cer.kar.nic.in.

Over 1.94 lakh candidates had appeared for the test of which 1,40,957 candidates have obtained the eligibility to get engineering seats and 1,13,294 candidates have become eligible to get admission to agriculture courses, 1,18,045 candidates secured eligibility to veterinary courses and 117947 for yoga naturopathy and 146546 B.Pharma and D- Pharma courses.
