The police have seized a Mercedes Benz car that was being used to distribute BJP T-shirts to public free of charge at Bannanje.
The T-shirts were being distributed without taking prior permission at a Cycle Rally organised by BJP on Friday.
Flying Squad personnel have registered a case in Udupi town police station.
