All of J&K's 6,650 villages declared 'open defecation free plus model'
For a village to achieve the ODF Plus Model status, it has to go through three stages of ODF Plus - Aspiring, Rising and Model. This achievement is a significant milestone as it goes beyond constructing and use of toilets towards cleanliness by managing greywater and solid waste in each village.
