Lalu Prasad Yadav backs caste-based census

RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Wednesday backed caste-based census stating that he had pursued this issue with the support of Mulayam Singh Yadav and others leaders when he was a Member of Parliament. He further added that policies should be made with the help of the caste census data.
