Delhi samaritan makes sure no stray dog goes hungry

In the shadow of the Covid pandemic, Delhi-based veterinarian student stepped up in the grim situation to help stray dogs. Vibha Tomar is feeding the stray dogs every day without fail.

She has displayed her samaritan spirit by providing them food at night. She hailed Delhi High Court’s order of right to food for stray dogs and calls it an achievement. In a verdict, the Delhi High Court has said that stray dogs have the right to food and citizens have the right to feed community canines.
