Pralhad Joshi assures 'no shortage' of coal for electricity production

Union Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi on October 13 assured that there will be no shortage of coal for electricity production.

“The coal target which was given to us by Power Ministry was 1.9 million tonnes/day and after 20th it was two million tonnes per day. Today, we've supplied two million tonnes of coal. I can assure you that there will be no shortage of coal for electricity production,” said the Union Minister.
