<p>A scuffle broke out between protesting farmers and officials of Uttarakhand Police on Haridwar-Dehradun Road in Lachhiwala on Jan 23 after the latter tried to stop them from marching towards the Raj Bhavan.</p>.<p>Farmers in several states, mainly from Punjab and Haryana, are protesting against the three agricultural laws for nearly two months. </p>
