A scuffle broke out between protesting farmers and officials of Uttarakhand Police on Haridwar-Dehradun Road in Lachhiwala on Jan 23 after the latter tried to stop them from marching towards the Raj Bhavan.
Farmers in several states, mainly from Punjab and Haryana, are protesting against the three agricultural laws for nearly two months.
