South Korean president meets Ukraine envoy, raises Russia-North Korea threat

Seoul: South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol met on Wednesday with a Ukrainian envoy and said he hoped the countries would come up with an effective response to the threat posed by Russia's military cooperation with North Korea, Yoon's office said.
