West Bengal bypolls results are a slap to BJP for its hubris: Babul Supriyo

Taking a jibe at BJP, All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Babul Supriyo on April 16 said that the results of the West Bengal bypolls are a slap to BJP for its hubris and the way it demeans Bengalis.

“CPI(M) did not have anything for people, they stooped low during the campaign. Shatrughan Sinha won by a margin of over 1 lakh votes and we will work together with him. The results are a slap to BJP for their hubris and the way they demean Bengalis,” Supriyo said.
