It is a 100 per cent subsidiary of BMW Group and is headquartered in Gurgaon.
BMW Financial Services has received license to operate as non-banking finance company from the Reserve Bank of India and in 2010, the group will invest US$50 million in BMW Financial Services in India, the company said in a statement issued here.
