The Karnataka Science and Technology Academy has selected five authors for the best writer award for 2014-15. Of the awards, two are for science books while one each for books on technology, agriculture and medicine.
“Naramandala Bhrahmanda”by Nagesh Hedge and “Jeevajagattina Kautukagalu”by Dr N S Leela have been selected for the awards in science books category.
“Hainu Honnu” jointly authored by Dr N B Sridhar, Dr Ganesh M and Nagaraj K M has been adjudged the best book on agriculture. The books titled “Neeretona Banni” by Dr K C Shashidhar and “Kshaya Roga Kaarana-Parihara” by G S Aryamithra have been selected for the awards in technology and medicine category.
