He would not quit the party for any reason, he added.<br /><br />Bachegowda has faith in the ideals of the party. Also, he is not susceptible to any kind of offers that may easily come his way. </p>.<p>It is not possible for any party to get him to its side through means of greed and desire, Narayanaswamy asserted.<br /><br />Unworthy<br /><br />He said that legislators who shifted to the BJP under the ‘Operation Lotus’ have no trust in their party’s ideals. <br /><br />“Such people are not even aware of the philosophy and importance of politics. They will never succeed in their political careers,” he said.<br /><br />Leader of the party Venkatanarayanappa said political ideals are losing ground due to increasing corruption and poor quality of administration. “People will soon lose trust in democracy if this continues in this manner,” he warned.<br /><br />Venkatanarayanappa also demanded that the Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa resign immediately since ‘he is indulging in cheap politics by trying to lure politicians towards his party.’<br /><br />Leaders of JD(S) were present during the press meet.</p>
