One killed in explosion in Kanpur

"The blast occurred in a staff quarter which collapsed due to the impact. We have found one body but many others are feared trapped in the debris," District Magistrate Mukesh Meshram said, adding relief and rescue operation was on.The cause of the blast was yet to be ascertained, he said.
