Shortcomings of exam system

It is rather unfortunate that in spite of repeated efforts to preserve sanctity in the examination, it received severe set back, as the physics question paper of the second year P.U.C. was leaked. It is a clear indication that a racket is operating systematically.
This needs to be put to an end at the earliest, or else, hard  working students will be at the receiving end. We should  not allow this menace to grow beyond proportion and it needs to be nipped in the bud or else people will loose confidence in the system. A thorough probe is the need of the hour to unearth the truth .
