<p>Govindappa and 44 others had filed a contempt petition against the state government for not implementing the High Court dated April 28, 2010 directing to consider their request for sites.<br /><br />The Division Bench comprising J S Khehar and Justice A S Bopanna asked both to appear before the court and directed to look into availability of sites.<br /><br />Cash reward<br /><br />Then government had announched cash reward and sites to each of the over 700-member STF. <br /><br />As the promised was not honoured, Govindappa and others approached the High Court. <br /><br />Justice Ajit Gunjal allowed the petition directing the government to consider the plea. Since the direction was not complied, five personnel filed a contempt petition.</p>
