The new office, located at No. 55, Double Road, Indira Nagar, will start its operation on Monday.
The office functions from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 6 pm. Fresh applications, however, will be received only till 1.30 pm.
Though, most of the papers are processed and orders are issued to the foreigners by the same evening, efforts are being made to complete the fresh registration cases within one hour of submission.
