King Cobra captured in Kalasa

The King Cobra was in the estate belonging to Rajendra on Tuesday and it remained there till Wednesday. Rajendra contacted Bhat to take the Cobra out of the estate and release it elsewhere.

When Bhat captured the Cobra, he realised that the Cobra had swallowed a Krait, a part of which was still in its mouth.

Even after caught by Bhat, the Cobra did not losen its hold and swallowed the Krait completely. The King Cobra measured 10 feet long.

The Cobra was later released to Kudremukh National Park.
