Addressing the Congress plenary, the Prime Minister said the government was "conducting a thorough probe" into all aspects of organisation of the CWG and the 2G spectrum allocation. "Inquiries will be pursued vigorously," he said.."It is my promise to you that no guilty person will be spared," Manmohan Singh told the gathering.
."W have always strived to eradicate corruption and the country can rest assure that we will continue to do so in the future."
