The members said global warming and rapid industrialisation had added to the woes of the agriculture sector. The University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad; Directorate of Wheat Research, Karnal, Haryana; and Wheat Research and Technology Fund, Karnal have jointly organised the meet. Delegates from France, Canada, Argentina, the US, Denmark and India participated.
