Deloitte's survey on employee engagement

Deloitte,  the brand under which professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, and tax services to clients, on Wednesday announced the findings of its report ‘Employee engagement in recessionary times’, a survey of companies in India across industries on how they are managing employee engagement in the current scenario of global slowdown.

It analyses how organisations are   re-evaluating their strategies to manage their talent in more effective ways.
