But things looked back on as Hurley, currently in California for her new Wonder Woman TV series, took time out over the weekend to be wined and dined by Warne, 41, reported Daily Mail.
Wearing a low-cut grey bandage dress and gold high-heels, the 45-year-old actress looked tanned and glowing as she left the Boa steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
While Hurley was dressed to the nines, Warne was going for a more casual approach in jeans and a blazer.
It's the first time the pair have been spotted together since the swimwear designer's trip to visit him in Australia for Valentine's Day.But she headed home a week early after Conrad claimed she had slept with Warne while he was dating Hurley.
