Approaches to MG Road Metro Station

The details of the feeder services are given below (see also graphics)
The MG Road station of the Metro can be reached from the BMTC stops at MG Circle, Anil Kumble Circle, Kamaraj Road and Mayo Hall.

According to the plan, entry and exit should be provided at the station, both from Manekshaw parade grounds side and erstwhile Plaza Theatre side.
However, for the present, the access has been provided only through the Manek Shaw grounds side. The work on the entrance from Plaza Theatre side is yet to begin.

Skywalk

A skywalk has already been erected to link the Plaza-side entrance with the station.

Commuters will have to take a circuitous route till escalators are provided, according to a press release from the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation.
