State Planning Board reconstituted

The State government has, on Friday, re-constituted the State Planning Board.
Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa is the chairman, Ramachandra Gowda is the deputy-chairman. Other members are: Ministers for Higher Education, Planning, Statistics, Muzrai and IT & BT, the chief secretary, the additional chief secretary, the development commissioner, principal secretary to the Finance department, principal secretary to Planning department, Director of JSS Rural Development Institute M Mahadevappa, Sudha Murty, former vice-chancellor of Visvesvaraya Technological University H P Khincha, former bureaucrat Raghunandan, Prof G V Joshi of the Justice K N Hegde Institute of Management, Prof M C Kudli and Y A Devpal, according to a release.
