Fatigue factor not a worry at all: Kohli

"I am not too much worried about it. At an age like this I am enjoying it and looking to playing more and more cricket," said Kohli ahead of his side, Royal Challengers Bangalore's first match against debutant Kochi Tuskers Kerala, at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium here tomorrow.

"I am looking to play more and more cricket. I am not thinking of rest. That is commitment. Cricket is first priority and I do not think it will affect me too much," added the right-hander, who played a crucial role in India's World Cup triumph.

He also seemed optimistic about his side's chances in the fourth edition of the Twenty20 tournament.

"We have a good combination of young Indian players and international stars. The most important thing is that we get along as a team. We look to stay tight as a unit and our team work will be visible on the field," Kohli insisted.

Asked about an unseen Kochi team, he said, "You cannot underestimate any team. You have to play well. It is important to build your team."

Kohli also hinted that he might roll his arm over in this year's IPL. "I am working hard on my bowling but I have to keep working on it."

Asked about the progress of RCB in the last two years, he said, "The work ethic has changed. The team environment is good and the coach was a hard task master."

RCB coach Ray Jennings said with new set of players all the teams are going to experience a change of culture.

"The players we have got have their feat on the ground and have superb behaviour on and off the field. It is a privilege to work with Daniel Vettori (captain)," Jennings said.

Kochi coach Geoff Lawson said the debutant IPL team was lucky to have a personality like temperamental pacer S Sreesanth up its rank.

"I think he will bring tremendous asset to the team. His enthusiasm is infectious, though it is misinterpreted. He has played in the World Cup and he knows how to bowl," he said.

Kochi also has just-retired Sri Lankan spin wizard Muttiah Muralitharan in its team and Lawson said, "To get Murali in the dressing room is a dream. The young Indian players are already friendly with him.

"Different nationalities playing together is wonderful thing. Cricket is not only about batting and bowling, It is also about camaraderie."

He also informed that captain of the team, Mahela Jayawardene will be arriving tomorrow morning.

Lawson also said VVS Laxman was looking very fit and has every chance of playing tomorrow."
