Pune to be Infy's largest centre

  The Electronic City campus and other offices’s in Bangalore together have 28,905 seats as on March 31, 2011. But as Infosys is building a new campus with office space of 12.70 lakh sq ft at the Pune centre for 13,697 seats, the City, along with existing 24,314 seats, will house 38,011 seats or 9,106 more than Bangalore.

The company has now been allotted 258.57 acres of land in Sarjapur, Bangalore. The new campus will take at least two years to be ready and with estimated 60,000 new seats here Bangalore will regain its number one position in the company’s office space portfolio.
