Anticipation of Easter on Tuesday

 The demise of Sai Baba came as a shock for many of his devotees at his Whitefield ashram in Bangalore, which used to be his abode during summer till a few years ago. In the past decade however, he had rarely visited this ashram but his devotees were steadfast in their belief that their idol was always present in the Whitefield ashram in a subtle form.

The inhabitants of Baba’s Whitefield ashram, were dumb struck when television channels beamed the news that Baba was no more.

Srinivas, the gate keeper of the  Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences  at Whitefield, said: “No. It's not right to say that he is no more. He would be back again. Just wait for two days when he would rise and come to bless everyone of us," said Srinivas.
