Minor held for beating handicapped man to death

Jaswant Singh was beaten by a group of youngsters after a heated argument outside his house in Sardar Colony of Rohini sector 16 in north Delhi.

“The boys were playing cricket outside Jaswant Singh's house Tuesday evening. Singh and his mother were sitting outside, and a ball hit Singh,” said a senior police officer.

An argument ensued and the accused hit Singh with a bat on his head, the officer said.       
“We have arrested the minor who hit Singh and are questioning the others,” he added.
