Dacoity bid foiled, four held

A pistol, live bullets, lethal weapons, three cellphones and two cars were recovered from the gang, police said.

Police said they arrested the armed suspects while they were sitting in their cars near railway cross in BDA Layout at Sampigehalli.

Jagga is allegedly involved in two murders in Vijayanagar and one in Chandra Layout, besides several other crimes. Three others of the gang are allegedly involved in a murder each.
