"Our films are not competing with each other because they have different target audiences. I would worry if both were romantic films. We are not clashing at the box office, rather, we are with each other," Tusshar told PTI.
'Love U Mr Kalakaar' is a romantic film by Rajshri Productions, while 'Ragini MMS' is a horror movie.
The 34-year-old actor said that they were left with no option and had to choose May 13 as the release date.
"The IPL semifinals and finals are coming up, then June has 'Ready' and other big budget movies releasing. I think there is enough room for two movies from different genres, they won't eat each other's market," said Tusshar, who was in the capital to inaugurate a photo exhibition by Dr Mukesh Batra.
