The film is tentatively titled 'Cocktail'.
"This year we will be seen together in three films - 'Aarakshan', 'Race 2' and then Homi's 'Cocktail'," Saif said. Earlier, Saif and Deepika were paired together in Imtiaz Ali's 'Love Aaj Kal' in 2009.
"This is not something that we had planned to do, it just happened. So in each movie now we are making efforts to look and act differently. This is a challenge," Saif said.
To be produced by Saif's production company Illuminati Films, Cocktail also stars sister Soha Ali Khan's beau Kunal Khemmu.
