A day after the Palike Commissioner Siddaiah issued an order to remove all the cable lines which are damaging the City roads and destroying the greenery, a 60-member delegation of the representatives of Tata Telecom, Reliance Telecom, AirTel, Vodafone and many cable operators met the Commissioner, pleading for extension of deadline.
The Commissioner took them to task for not adhering to the conditions for laying the cable lines.
