A resident of Srirampura in Hosadurga Taluk and working at a brick factory in the D M Kurke village, Kallesh had consumed an overdose of alcohol and had slept on the walkway.
Case registered
A goods vehicle laden transporting coconuts to Bangalore by villager Rudrappa oblivious to Kallesh sleeping on the walkway, ran over the deceased.
Arsikere Town Police have been registered.
