Sources in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR) said a proposal had been already sent to the Chief Minister’s office to set up a four-member committee, headed by Additional Chief Secretary Subir Hari Singh.
The DPAR has recommended Finance department Principal Secretary L V Nagarajan, PWD Principal Secretary Subash Chandra Khuntia as the committee’s members and retired IAS officer H Shashidar as the member secretary, sources said.
