They are not negotiating partners of the FTA. Negotiations are fully on track," he said.<br /><br />A resolution passed by European Parliament on the FTA asks EU and India to ensure that dialogue on "open issues" is stepped with particular reference to Kashmir.<br /><br />"Human rights, democracy and security are essential elements of the relationship between EU and India," the resolution said.</p>
