The seminar is organised by the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing.<br /><br />Cooperation<br /><br />The technology can be brought out if experts from Speech and Hearing Science, Computer Science, Psychology and Neurology come together and work, he said.<br /><br />There is a need for research in the speech and hearing sciences. Especially in the field of pharmacy. Doctors need to understand the case properly, they should not transfer the case to a psychologist, said the chief guest Dr Somanath Vasudev, neuro surgeon in BGS Apollo Hospital.<br /><br />The function was presided over by AIISH director S R Savitri.
