Police had registered a case against the two, Sohan Lal Vishnoi and Shahabuddin, for purchasing SIM cards on fake identification documents.
The SIM cards were used by them in abduction of Bhanwari Devi who features in a CD with sacked minister Mahipal Maderna in a compromising position.
