Pop star Shakira undergoes regular therapy sessions to help keep her life and career on track. The Hips Don’t Lie singer said that her life lacked focus until she began seeing a counsellor who has helped her untangle all the issues troubling her. It’s proven such a success, that she now recommends therapy to everyone she meets. “I like having a person who helps me analyse myself. I recommend it to every person I know. I have a lot of friends who go to therapy now, and their lives have changed in such positive ways. When I want to know the answer to all these questions - What do I want? Who am I? Why am I still doing this? I go to my analyst,” Shakira said.
