The students stated that even before the completion of the academic year and before the completion of the syllabus, the Government had decided to conduct the DEd examinations from September 10.
Earlier, the DEd examinations were conducted in the month of November.
Now, all of a sudden, the Government has decided to prepone the examinations, by conducting them in the month of September.
This move of the Government was really condemnable, the students added.
Later on, the protestors submitted a memorandum to Tahsildar Harishilpa, on the occasion.
Leader of the Dalit Sangharsha Samithi Vijayakumar, SFI District President V Shettyganahalli Ambarish, Vice-President N Ambareesh, Subramani, Muniraju, Krishnamurthy, Diwakar, Gautham and several others took part in the protest.
