Take a peek at anybody’s closet,  be it a toddler, a teeny bopper, a working professional or even oldies and one will surely find a pair of blue jeans.
Jeans have always been part of the fashion industry world over.

They never seem to grow out of popularity and go out of fashion. The different styles of jeans change through the fashion seasons, but they always come back.
“I cannot imagine my life without jeans. I have six jeans which are of various shades of blue and I pair them with almost everything, t-shirts, shirts, tops, kurtas,” says Neha Suneja, a jeans lover. College student Kritika Sharma says, “Jeans are the savior. You can wear them with everything, whether it’s Indian or western, it goes with everything.”

Blue jeans have gone through several transitions from the bell bottom to the tight cigarette jeans. Then there was the emergence of loose hip hop jeans.
Jeans for women come in a variety of styles like low waist, hipsters, boot leg cuts and straight cuts.

Many types of jeans are also embellished with numerous beads, stones, sequins. Some are also styled with intricate embroidery design. The possibilities to experiment with jeans are endless.

Jeans that are patchy, has holes and looks old and worn out are also a hit among the students and youths. Some intentionally rip their jeans from knees, thighs and bottom to have a rugged, rebellious and hip look.

“The best part about jeans is that they are rough and tough. They do not need any special care. I wear it to my office as well,” says Pulkit Mehra, a software engineer.
A college student Anand Prasad says, “I even sleep wearing my jeans. I literally live in my jeans and just can’t live without them.”

Trends come and go, but then there is this one piece of clothing that is here to stay for a pretty long time. Folks keep on increasing their collection of jeans as they’re comfortable along with stylish.
