'No ghost in MRPL premises'


Speaking to reporters here on Thursday, she said that it was a minor power failure caused by a rat snipping the power cables, which happens usually during the monsoons, she added. Coming down heavily on some of the MRPL employees who stood against the company during a crisis, she stated that their move was highly unethical.

Lekshmi Kumaran said that the news that appeared in certain dailies, regarding a ghost in MRPL and a tantrik brought from Kerala to exorcise the ghost, is baseless. “We are unaware of any ghost in the premises,” she said and added that the only puja that was held in MRPL recently was Bhoomi Puja on August 21, before starting the MRPL Phase 3 works.
