The District Administration took over the functioning of the Trust and appointed Assistant Commissioner as its Administrative Officer after discovering the fact that the Trust had violated the terms and conditions under which District Administration had handed over the land to the Trust for construction of the Trust building way back in 1964.
The petition was dismissed by the single member bench of Justice Mohana Shanthanagoudar after hearing the case.
