The new connection from Bangalore to Goa starts operating from October 25, 2009. Flights connecting Goa and Mumbai commence from September 11, 2009. This is the second connection between the two cities.
Samyukth Sridharan, Chief Commercial Officer, SpiceJet Limited, said, “We have enhanced our connectivity by adding an extra flight. Bangalore–Goa connection is being reintroduced based on customer feedback.”
