<p>To enable people to lodge their complaints through a phone call, Bangalore Rural Zilla Panchayat launched Janmitra Information Centre.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Complaints related to rural development and panchayat raj, health, education, women and child development, social welfare, housing, animal welfare, agriculture and horticulture can be registered through the helpline (080 22262555). <br /><br />Complaints related to Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) can also be registered. Janmitra centres will be opened across the State.</p>
